• BD WestcottTM biopsy needles are specially designed for soft tissue or organ aspiration biopsies, transcutaneously. 
• BD Wescott biopsy needles allow aspiration during the procedure to control the position of the needle (in hard tissue, a blood vessel or a cavity containing liquid or gas). 
• BD Westcott ™ needles can be used to take adequate samples for histological, cytological and bacteriological examinations. 
• Likewise, it is possible to inject a contrast fluid, an anesthetic product or a vasoconstrictor by the needle lumen.
