Dexpanthenol provides greater skin elasticity and hydration, helps regenerate and restructure skin cells. Highly moisturizing, it is recommended as an aid in the treatment of very dry and fragile skins as well in skin damage from sun exposure. 

Dexpanthenol improves cell regeneration and has anti-inflammatory properties. 

It is also used to treat alopecia.
